Maine Sexual Harassment Training Requirements

Maine Sexual Harassment Training Requirements
Training Type: Mandatory; Sexual Harassment
Organizations Covered: All private or public employers with 15 or more employees
Employees Covered: Each new employee within one year of start date; additional training for supervisors and managers within one year of assuming position
Other Information: Training for employees must cover elements of required state law notice and federal law requirements; Training for managers must include specific responsibilities re: preventing sexual harassment, methods to take to insure corrective action

In addition to the sexual harassment training requirements in Maine you should also consider sexual harassment training if you meet any of the following criteria:
