Rhode Island Sexual Harassment Training Requirements
Training Type: Encouraged; Sexual Harassment (Mandatory for state employees under Executive Order)
Organizations Covered: Employers with 50 or more employees
Employees Covered: Training for new employees within one year of hire; additional training for managers and supervisors within one year of assumption of supervisory position
Other Information: Communicate contents of harassment policy; specific responsibilities of managers and supervisors for preventing harassment and insuring immediate corrective action

In addition to the sexual harassment training requirements in Rhode Island you should also consider sexual harassment training if you meet any of the following criteria:
